Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly Tracked Revenue (MTR) is the total revenue processed through IAPHUB in a given month. This includes all successful in-app purchases and subscriptions, excluding refunds and chargebacks. Only real transactions count towards MTR - sandbox transactions are always free and unlimited.
Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. When on the Basic plan, you'll automatically upgrade to Pro if your MTR exceeds $10,000. You can only downgrade from Pro to Basic if your Monthly Tracked Revenue is below $10,000.
If your Monthly Tracked Revenue (MTR) exceeds $10,000, your plan will automatically upgrade to the Pro plan. You will then have access to all Pro features and be charged the standard Pro rate (0.6% of MTR).
No, IAPHUB is not a payment processor. You'll receive payments directly from Apple and Google for your in-app purchases and subscriptions.
